Dr. Pavan has been in practice for more than 10 years with Colonial Orthopaedics after completing residency training at University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City. He is a physiatrist with interest in non-operative treatment of painful spinal and musculoskeletal disorders.

Apart from his interest in spine pain, he specialized in Electro diagnostic medicine (EMG/NCS), a diagnostic test used for evaluation of neurological conditions, with symptoms such as sensation of pins, needles, and numbness.
